FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  1. Where can I get my weekly assignments to get started?
    If you are a Member, your assignment will be uploaded to your personal dashboard as soon as you express an interest to your Coach. If you are new, Please do our assessment here.

  2. My detox assignment has salsa included. What can I use instead of salsa without affecting my progress?
    Relish, pickles, home made (with diced tomato.. Green pepper.. Onion.. Mushrooms can be used instead of salsa for the Intekai detox assignment

  3. What are black beans?
    Black beans are classified as legumes and have a hard, shell-like appearance. They are high in protein and fiber content and contain key vitamins known to benefit human health.

  4. How long will it take me to lose 10 pounds?
    Once you adhere to the assignments given, you are guaranteed to lose between 8 and 10 pounds, by at least your second week. Each time you do not adhere to what is assigned, your rate of weight loss will be significantly affected. Adherence is key

  5. Am I allowed any indulgences during my Intekai detox?
    Like all Intekai weight loss challenges including your detox, indulgences should be avoided, but if you have a meeting, event or activity that may affect your assignment, please contact your coach, to guide you through the process to ensure you stay on track

  6. Can I drink water and teas throughout the day in addition to my assignments?
    You can drink water and teas straight throughout the day on the Intekai detox. Try our ITK Boost Tea if you need something in between your meals or if you need to snack. A simple non-caffeine tea will do as well.

  7. I notice eggs are included in the detox assignments. Is there a good substitute for the eggs?
    Although eggs are the best option for this particular set of assignments, any other protein of your choice, whether animal or non-animal can be used. You can also have a protein shake on some mornings, as the protein option if you prefer. As long as you ingest the necessary protein for the day.
