ITK-META-REV ASSIGNMENT
This assignment is a subset of the ITK Wave System. It is formulated as a “complementary antioxidant”, microbiota stimulating, metabolism booster and appetite stabilizer to our “800” Meal Assignments.
The weight loss is much faster. It’s not a system that you use all the time, its more like a booster. If you are working on getting to a specific weight loss goal in a short period of time, its a great option. If you like eggs, the 800 Meta-Rev is for you. If you don’t, we will revise the protein option for you.
The 800-Meta-Rev focuses on activating nutritional triggers. This creates a calorie deficit, while maintaining the wave adaptation (but using a best fit), and stimulating hormonal responses to feel “fuller”. This fuller eating response formulation, has a cool effect of cutting cravings.
WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT THE ITK-META-REV
Firstly, DO NOT CHEAT, AT ALL, stick to ITK portion sizes or the portions outlined on your meal assignments.
Pre-package everything.
ERASE EVERYTHING YOU THOUGHT A MEAL WAS, THIS IS A “SHORT TERM INTAKE ADJUSTMENT“
INSTRUCTIONS:
TEA ONLY MEALS: If your tea is in a thermos, shake and pour the serving into a smaller cup or glass.
FOR MEALS WITH FOOD: THE FOLLOWING SEQUENCE IS EXTREMELY IMPORTANT
- Drink 1/2 glass of ITK JUICE
- Have 1/4 of the protein
- Wait five to ten minutes
- Eat the balance of the meal, chew thoroughly while sipping the tea
- Drink one to two glasses of water
EGG SERVING
Where the assignment states boiled eggs, use boiled eggs, where it just states eggs, do the eggs in your favourite way (poached, scrambled, fried or omelette and season as usual.). Two eggs are to be used on this challenge, not the regular ITK serving.
INDULGENCE
The extra calorie meals, which are part of the 800-Meta-Rev challenge, allows you to have foods which you may crave for, reducing the feelings of “delayed gratification”. The 800 challenge allows members to include these “indulgence meals” on a schedule, with the intention of eventually not craving them after a few months.
Please note that, these “indulgences” are calculated into each week and its important to always have them when it is scheduled on your assignment.

1. What portion am I allowed to have of the “indulgence snacks”
Below are some examples of indulgences which you are allowed to have two times per week. Please note you are to choose only one (1) item from the list below:
1 slice of cake
1 scoop of ice-cream
1 medium chocolate bar
1 candy bar
1 large serving of fries
1 slice of pizza
1 glass of wine
2. Can I add anything to my yogurt, in my snack days and times?
You can sprinkle cinnamon to enhance your Greek Yogurt
3. Travelling or attending a function? What do I do if I am travelling or attending meetings or functions and it is not possible to adhere to a particular meal at a specific time or day?
If you are travelling or attending a function, which makes one of the days or times on your assignment difficult to adhere to, you can switch one of the days or the times, whichever is more convenient. If you are still in doubt, please contact your Coach.

5. Can I add Stivia or Sweeteners to my Green Boost tea?
Stivia or Sweeteners can be added to your Green Boost tea, but it is always best to try to avoid added sweeteners or sugar in your teas and beverages. Your indulgence meals are more gratifying, when you avoid added sugar.
6. I am not feeling hungry and I am using the bathroom a lot, since I started the 800-Meta-rev. Is that normal?
Yes, this is normal. The ITK Meta-Boost tea is doing its work. It helps to suppress the appetite. It is important to have your assigned meals, even if it means you have a reduced portion. You must have your protein and vegetables assigned.
7. If I do not eat eggs, how do I do the 800-Meta-Rev Challenge.
Let your coach know if you are allergic or you are not a fan of eggs and we will design assignments for you without them.
8. Can I do the Wave Diet System after I have completed the 800-Meta-Rev challenge?
It is highly recommended that members do the Meta-Rev Challenge and then transition into the ITK Wave Diet and finally to maintenance for the best weight loss results.
9. Is there an additional cost for ITK Wave members to do this challenge
There is no additional cost for members currently signed up for the ITK Wave System. Members can do the ITK-800 Challenge for one month or two and then switch back to the regular wave to lose weight in a sustainable manner.
