INTEKAI or Bust: You (get to) Decide!
ITKarians, last Christmas Intekai had three types of members.
(1) THE WELLNESS BREAKERS...Those who decided to “take a break” from their own wellness and goals. Most of these members ended up feeding their bad habits and damaged their wellness goals.
(2)THE TRYERS...
Those who TRIED, to stay on track. Some of these lost, some maintained, some gained a couple of pounds, but all entered the new year pleasantly surprised by their own convictions and accomplishments.
(3) THE ADHERERS... Those who absolutely stayed on track and recorded and reported every eating occasion and, with guidance, navigated the holidays successfully. They all did well, stayed the course and championed their wellness and goals. ADHERE or at least TRY!!!
Taking a break is failing, or at the very least, it slows down your own trajectory to victory over bad habits and potential weaknesses. Stay on track, Intekai is the way. Even if you have five (5) holiday gatherings, don’t give in to unhealthy habits and compromise yourself.
