Yogurt and Fruits

INGREDIENTS
1 Cup Greek Yogurt
1/2 cup of your favourite fruit(s)
Water
Limes or lemons

DIRECTIONS

  • Dice your favourite fruits
  • Open an 80-100 calorie yogurt of your choice
  • Add the diced fruits to the yogurt
  • If you wish along with your mandatory glass of water with your meal, add lemons or lime to your water for an enjoyable ITK snack
