Simple Balsamic Vinaigrette
Ingredients
(Yields ½ Cup)
- ⅓ cup olive oil
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 2 tsp Dijon mustard
- salt and pepper
- splash of soy sauce (optional)
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl and whisk until well-combined.
- Store in a mason jar or in airtight container for up to 2 weeks.
