Simple Balsamic Vinaigrette

Ingredients

(Yields ½ Cup)

  • ⅓ cup olive oil
  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tsp Dijon mustard
  • salt and pepper
  • splash of soy sauce (optional)

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and whisk until well-combined.
  2. Store in a mason jar or in airtight container for up to 2 weeks.
