A common misconception is that InteKai is structured around meal plans. This could not me more wrong. Meal plan can mean anything from planning your meals day to day (which is generally a great idea) to, a number of pre-purchased meals for an academic semester (college meal plan). Commonly people are thinking of a diet based, or weight loss meal plan.
HOW MEAL PLANS FAIL
Meal plans are often:
