EATING DURING THE HOLIDAYS AND ON SPECIAL OCCASIONS

Flashing back to May 2015, when I commenced the ITK Wave System, I would never ever have thought that I would attend a birthday party or special occasion and not eat any cake or ice-cream.

Gone are the days, where I believe that I must have this or I must have that when I attend functions.  Your goals and objectives have to be at the forefront of your mind and the decision has to be made before you attend.  Once you are still trying to lose weight, definitive decisions must be made when entertaining, going out, attending conferences, meetings and going to parties where food is at our finger tips.

Let ITK Coaches help you with designing assignments or carrying specific food items with you to your Meetings and Conferences.  The best thing to do is to walk with your ITK meals, but failing that speak to your Coach. At the end of the day, we all know what an ITK portion is, so once you have more than your ITK portion, do not expect to have a friendly meeting with the scale in the morning.

If I can make a decision not to have these very well-loved items, any one can do it…Decide ahead of time, what you can have that falls in the calorie requirement for the week that you are on.  If clarification or explanations are needed, let an ITK Coach assist you.  They are always there to help. ITK’s success is your success.

This year, ITK Members will be challenged to maintain their weight during the holidays, but I believe if we watch what we eat and how much we eat, we can still lose weight if we follow our assignments.  Ask coaches for special assignments and participate in our challenges, geared at you losing or maintaining weight.
