CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICIES
1 Cancellation
1.1 Terms and Conditions
The Management of ITK utilises recurring payments for our members, to ensure that focus is on your diet and well-being and not when your next payment is due. This authorized transaction remains until you cancel the subscription in writing and the monthly recurring payments will continue until the end of the specific subscription period. A Subscription period is either 3 months, 6 months or 1 year and cannot be cancelled before it is completed. If you wish to cancel the subscription auto renewal, it has to be requested BEFORE the end of the specific subscription period by e-mailing us at intekaiacademy@gmail.com.
Statement agreed to by members when the credit card Transaction is made.
“I authorize this transaction which will remain in effect until I cancel it in writing, and I agree to notify Intekai Health and Fitness in writing of any changes in my account information. In the case of a card being rejected for Non-Sufficient Funds (NSF) I understand that ITK at its discretion may attempt to process the charge again and agree to an additional $US5 charge for each attempt returned NSF, which will be initiated as a separate transaction from the authorized recurring payment. I certify that I am an authorized user of this credit card/bank account and will not dispute these scheduled transactions with my bank or credit card Company; so long as the transactions correspond to the terms indicated in this authorization form.”
1.2 Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time by ONLY contacting customer support at [intekaiacademy@gmail.comor billing@intekaiacademy.org]. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of your current subscription period. Your card will continue to be billed based on your selected service. Your subscription period is 3 months, 6 months, or 12 months, depending on the plan you choose. You will not receive a refund for any unused portion of your subscription. Membership is non-transferrable and cannot be paused within a selected subscription period.
If you do not request a cancellation of your subscription in writing AT LEAST 48 HOURS BEFORE it expires, it will automatically renew for the SAME TERM at the current subscription rate.
2. Refund Policy
HCAA (Intekai Health & Fitness) estimates expenditure for the provision of services to members before the beginning of the programme. These expenses are not subject to change at short notice, as once the member is registered; funds are invested to accommodate her/him.
2.1 For this reason, members who request the cancellation of their registration prior to the starting the programme, or request a withdrawal once the first meal assignment is posted, typically will not get refunds, except for the reasons outlined below.
- Confirmed over payment
- Duplicated payments
2.2 Other Members who are not entitled to refunds
- ITK Members who have received at least one assignment and start-up information
- ITK Members who have received at least one assignment in a month and have not reported or responded to ITK communication
- ITK Members whose subscription period was auto-renewed for the specific service period (3 month, 6 month, 12 months)
- ITK Maintenance members
- ITK Members who are expelled or suspended
