Asian-Inspired Gingery Dressing

Ingredients

(Yield ½ Cup)

  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 2 tsp tahini
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil (or use more olive oil)
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 3 drops of liquid stevia (or 1 date/splash of maple syrup)
  • ½ inch fresh ginger
  • pinch of cayenne pepper
  • 2 tbsp water
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until you reach a creamy consistency.
  2. Store in a mason jar or in a airtight container for up to 1 week.
