Apple Cider Vinaigrette

Ingredients

(Yields ½ Cup)

  • ¼ cup apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ tbsp coconut nectar or maple syrup
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and whisk until well-combined.
  2. Store in a mason jar or in airtight container for up to a week and a half.
