Apple Cider Vinaigrette
Ingredients
(Yields ½ Cup)
- ¼ cup apple cider vinegar
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- ½ tbsp coconut nectar or maple syrup
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl and whisk until well-combined.
- Store in a mason jar or in airtight container for up to a week and a half.
