1 TABLESPOON WALNUTS

1 TEASPOON BERRIES

2 TEASPOONS MAPLE SYRUP

4 PIECES DRIED FRUITS (OPTIONAL)

Calories: Less than 150 Calories

Directions:

Place yogurt in small container

Add all ingredients to the yogurt
