Ingredients

1/3 cup frozen blackberries

2/3 small banana, peeled & sliced

1/3 cup unsweetened almond milk

2 to 3 ice cubes

1 1/3 tablespoons coconut cream

1 1/3 tablespoon maca powder

 

Directions

  1. Combine all of the ingredients in a blender.
  2. Pulse several times then blend on high speed for 30 to 60 seconds.
  3. Pour into a large glass and enjoy immediately.
